Five ways in which we offer our customers peace of mind

As our customer, we give you our undivided attention. We believe that is the primary condition for a successful collaboration. How does ITB set itself apart with its services? Firstly, because each of our account managers only manages a few customers. This allows them to focus entirely on you and your product. In this article, you can read about the other services we provide.

We want you to experience our high quality of service from the very beginning of our collaboration. We will, therefore, invite you to our factory, assign a permanent point of contact to you and introduce you to our team. You can meet everyone: from the people on the factory floor to our board members. On top of that, there are other ways in which we offer you peace of mind. Here are the five most important ones:

1. Your own dedicated team

We form a permanent team for your organisation. At a minimum, this team consists of an account manager, a customer service representative, a quality engineer, a project manager and a project engineer. This ensures you always know whom to contact. Furthermore, your team will acquire a wealth of knowledge and experience concerning you and your organisation.

2. Striving towards a real partnership

We strive to offer our customers proactive support. We think along and work together with you. For example, we will examine the design drawings of your product during our first meeting. If you do not have this yet, we can arrange this for you. We analyse your product and print a 3D sample. We will conduct a mould flow analysis to evaluate the manufacturability of your product. In other words, we are prepared for everything. We also think along about how to optimise your product. If, for example, we believe the wall thickness of your product could be reduced, we will tell you so. After all, that would save and reduce the cycle time, which saves you both time and money.

3. Investing in a long-term collaboration

We offer custom solutions. We are at your service in both a technical and commercial sense. We produce local-for-local. For example, you would benefit from having a factory close by to reduce transport costs, we will explore options to facilitate this. Our goal is to develop a long-term collaboration with all our customers and we are happy to invest in this.

4. Quickly resolving problems

No matter how carefully we work, technical issues could always arise. At ITB, we are open and honest about this, because it is important to us that you trust us. We will help you find an appropriate solution to ensure you get your plastic product as soon as possible.

5. Visiting you anywhere in the world within a day

Do you have an urgent question, a problem that needs to be resolved with haste or good news you want to share? No matter what, we are there for you. If you call us, we will always be there for you – anywhere in the world. That is just one of the ways in which we invest in our relationship with you.
